Background

Marketing company Natural Intelligence (NI) has been named the leading Israeli high-tech company for advancing women in the workplace, receiving the “Dun’s 100 Women Tech Leadership Impact Award” at the WO.men CEO Summit at Bloomfield Stadium in Tel Aviv this week.

The award, presented annually by Dun’s 100, part of Dun & Bradstreet, alongside the Israel High-Tech Association, recognised NI for building a systematic, measurable and sustainable model for female leadership. The company was described as combining a values-driven approach with data-based business management, setting quantitative diversity targets, monitoring outcomes and adapting recruitment and promotion processes accordingly.

NI’s internal reports show women make up 43% of management ranks and 52% of the overall workforce, well above the national average of 34% recorded in the first three quarters of 2025. Three of the company’s eight executive board members are women, including the Chief People Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.

Shila Zabro Weiss, Senior Director at Dun’s 100, said the model NI had developed showed how gender diversity could be managed as a driver of business growth rather than treated as a standalone initiative.

Founded in 2009, NI runs a network of comparison platforms connecting consumers with brands in insurance, personal finance and consumer services. The company has grown into one of Google’s leading advertisers globally, employing more than 500 people.

This year marks the debut of the dedicated award for advancing women in high-tech, part of a wider push by Dun’s 100 and the Israel High-Tech Association to establish a standing forum for senior women in the sector.
